FORUM Registration

Online registration for the TransMed Partnership Forum is now available using our secure registration page.  

Forum pricing is as follows:

 

Cost

Post Doc / Grad Student

$250 per registrant

Academic / Non-Profit Institution or

Start-up Company (<50 employees)

$500 per registrant

($400 per registrant for 3 or more)***

Corporate / Investor

$750 per registrant


TransMed Registration / Cancellation Policy: 

  • Cancellations received prior to midnight EDT on August 3 are refundable less a $50 processing fee. 
  • Cancellations received between August 4 and September 3 are refundable less 50% of the paid registration amount. 
  • Cancellations received after September 3 are non-refundable. 
  • Registrations are transferable to another representative from your organization either online prior to the event or at on-site registration.  
  • To transfer a registration online, simply complete the registration process again using the new registrant's name and contact information and use the Comment Box to direct organizers to "Substitute Registrant Y for Registrant X."
  • No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
  • ***For accounting purposes, institutions/companies utilizing the group rate should register at the $500 per registrant rate and provide the corresponding payment for each individual attendee.  Any registration discount will be calculated and refunded to the institution/company following the event.
