Online registration for the TransMed Partnership Forum is now available using our secure registration page.
Forum pricing is as follows:

TransMed Registration / Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received prior to midnight EDT on August 3 are refundable less a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations received between August 4 and September 3 are refundable less 50% of the paid registration amount.
- Cancellations received after September 3 are non-refundable.
- Registrations are transferable to another representative from your organization either online prior to the event or at on-site registration.
- To transfer a registration online, simply complete the registration process again using the new registrant's name and contact information and use the Comment Box to direct organizers to "Substitute Registrant Y for Registrant X."
- No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
- ***For accounting purposes, institutions/companies utilizing the group rate should register at the $500 per registrant rate and provide the corresponding payment for each individual attendee. Any registration discount will be calculated and refunded to the institution/company following the event.
