FORUM Partnering Opportunities
To ensure you make the most of your time in St. Louis, the TransMed Partnership Forum is pleased to provide online partnering services via the EBD Group and its acclaimed partnering and personal planner system. As it is free for all registrants, this online, industry-specific partnering facility provides a forum to seek and meet potential collaborators, as well as profile your products and technologies -- all prior to the event.
Full Partnering is now OPEN!! Delegates are now searching for and requesting meetings with companies and organizations that meet their partnering goals. Changes can be made to your profile up to the last day of the conference and you are able to start partnering at any time. Any changes made to your profile after August 27th will be visible to other delegates on line, but will not be included in the conference book. Login today to complete your organization profile and participate in partnering.
If you have already registered for the conference and received your confirmation that your partnering profile has been activated, please visit our partnering site (link below) to update your profile, review the profiles of other registrants and request meetings.

See below for further information about our partnering system and how to use it. Our flash presentation can help answer questions about how to use the different modules. Finally, please contact cmacht@ebdgroup.com with any additional questions about your partnering account.
ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF PARTNERING:
Conference Registration: Your conference registration also automatically creates your personal partnering account. If there is more than one registrant from your organization, you will all be linked to one company account.
Edit Profile: Once you receive email notice that your partnering account is active, the first step is to edit your profile, and the profile of your organization and your projects/products and technologies.
Search: Partnering will be launched 4 weeks before the event. At that time, you will have the ability to search the profiles of other registrants and request meetings of interest.
Bookmarks: The "Bookmarks" feature enables you to develop a "short list" of organizations, people and projects with whom you might be interested in meeting (and request your meetings).
Agenda/Schedule: The "Agenda" section enables you to denote when you are available for partnering meetings and block time slots you plan to be in conference sessions. You can also book yourself into the brainstorming sessions and roundtable discussions. Your Agenda page is personal to you.
Messages/Requests: We encourage you to log in regularly to check for incoming messages and requests, as you will not be sent emails when updates have been made to your account. You can respond to meeting requests with an Accept or Decline, and a personalized message.
Requests for meetings are made to the organization, not to individuals (although the system notes who sends and responds to requests). Therefore, the Messages/Requests page is shared by all delegates from your organization, so that you are able to field all incoming requests. You can then determine who from your organization should participate in each accepted meeting.
Scheduling: Based on the availability of all participants, EBD uses powerful algorithms to schedule all mutually agreeable meetings, ensuring everyone achieves the maximum meetings over the course of the event. |
