Posters will be presented, Monday & Tuesday, September 10-11, 2007.
Poster specifications:
3' high x 4' wide (please do not include separate sheets hung individually)
Materials based on the abstract submitted to the Forum organizers
Information to include: poster title, project stage of development,
abstract explaining the poster/research including its commercial potential as
well as the scientific problem or unmet need it addresses.
Each poster will occupy one-half of one side of a freestanding, poster display
board. The poster board will accommodate pushpins and will be Velcro-receptive.
Forum organizers will supply push pins. Presenters will supply their Velcro. No
tape will be allowed.
Details regarding poster location, setup, exhibition, and removal time will be
announced at a later date. All posters must be removed at the end of the poster
session. Posters remaining on site will not be retained or returned.
Presenters will receive information on the poster specifications and an information packet containing details on registration and general procedures for the poster presentation at a later date.
The TransMed Partnership Forum reserves the right to deny any application to
present a poster at the 2007 Forum.
Your
poster position cannot be guaranteed until your registration for the Forum is
received.
